Breathwork in Nature

Experience the power of breathing, sound & visualization and meet like-minded people.

What this experience can teach you:

• The power of conscious breathing
• The 3 keys to change your state of mind in a matter of minutes
• How to use conscious breathing in your daily life

Program:

• Meeting point: in Bordei, in front of the church 
• We start the day with an opening circle in a room at the Osteria
• We go on a beautiful nature walk
• Breathwork Journey close to Bordei
• Lunch at the Osteria (they have vegetarian and vegan options)
• Closing circle in the room again

What to bring:

• water bottle
• comfortable cloths for being in nature, bring a jacket in case it rains
• a towel or something to sit on
• a blanket to make sure you are allways feeling warm and cozy
• some snacks in case you get hungry before we have lunch

Do you come by car?

• There is a big parking space 50 m from the village, make sure to park there and don't drive into the village. There is no parking there and driving is not permitted.

Do you come by train?

• If you travel by public transportation, you can take the train to Verdasio. From there you need a pick up to Bordei. Please contact us beforehand, so we can either arrange carpools or someone to pick you up in Verdasio.

Important Info:

• the lunch is not included in the ticket price
• make sure to only have light breakfast or nothing at all, its a lot nicer to breathe on an empty stomach
